Photos Of The CBS Anchor Hollywood Life

Norah O’Donnell is an award-winning journalist who started her career in news back in 1994. Norah served as a Washington and White House correspondent for NBC News for 12 years, from 1999 to 2011. After that, she headed over to CBS News, where she became their Chief White House correspondent, among other roles. She was a fill-in anchor for “CBS Evening News”, a correspondent for “60 Minutes”, and more. In 2012, Norah was named one of the co-anchors of “CBS This Morning”, along with Gayle King and Charlie Rose, who was later fired from the network in 2017 after accusations of sexual harassment. It was announced in May 2019 that Norah would become the new lead anchor of “CBS Evening News”, following Jeff Glor — a massive honor. The show, that started in 1947, was previously anchored by legendary journalists like Walter Cronkite and Dan Rather. Norah becomes the second woman to ever host the show solo; Katie Couric came before her.
