Yes, Harvey, you may not want to drop the L Bomb in reference to Donna, but we’re not gonna pretend anymore.

But once he was proven wrong, Harvey experienced a full-on panic attack.
After throwing up in the bathroom, Harvey visited a psychiatrist under the guise of needing sleeping pills… though she was on to him right away. Still, she refused to prescribe anti-anxiety medicine until he admitted his problem.
Insecure Louis, meanwhile, discovered a list of possible secretaries Donna is saving for Harvey and presumed it meant she was already planning her departure. He responded by being all mean and giving Donna a crazy workload.
But she then rejected Harvey anyway when actually asked to return, sending the lawyer into another panic attack.
With the doctor refusing to help medically unless Harvey accepts Donna’s decision, he finally asks for that list of secretaries. Just as Donna and Louis are digging into a Welcome to Team Litt cake to boot.
Yummy. Also: Ouch.
Over in Mike Land, he and Rachel fail to keep their engagement a secret.
Donna finds out because Donna knows all and Mike also accidentally lets the news slip to Harvey.
Fortunately, the latter handles it well and takes Mike to a Mets game to celebrate.
